All Sales Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods. However, we do offer store credit for eligible returns related to sizing issues.
Store Credit (Sizing Exchanges Only)
If your item does not fit as expected, you may request a return for store credit under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Item must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit equal to the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
Store credit can be used toward a new order on our website.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Many of our pieces are made-to-order and produced specifically for you.

Sizing-related returns for store credit are still accepted if the conditions above are met.

Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
If you are unsure, we strongly recommend reviewing the sizing information provided in each item's size chart and/or product description or contacting us with inquiries before purchasing.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer store credit, refunds, or replacements for:
